Property Maintenance Service System
This project is all about providing and managing the property maintainance service requests. Its acts as a middle man to provide the services to its clients from various vendors. Service stage starts client requests for a particular kind of service, and manages all until the invoicing for the service as well as vendor payments for the same. One just need to either register as a client to avail the services or register as a vendor to provide the services. It also includes many reports providing the work quality assurance for a kind of service from various vendors.
System has basically 3 kinds of users with roles as Company Users, Vendors, and CallCenter Users (Admin). Based on the user role, each user have different views and can access different functionalities of the system. System also provides a messaging center section, using which user can sent the messages (emails) to respective user relative to the service request.
